Cynthia Joffrion completed both undergraduate and post-graduate studies at the University of Texas in Houston. She began her career as a teacher over twenty-three years ago, and found a lifetime in education services. Over the years, Joffrion has been a leader, progressing in responsibility and experience. In addition to teaching, she has served as an instructional coordinator, school superintendent and state instructional technology director.

She is the president of the Funding Management Group; an organization dedicated to make needed funding available to schools and non-profit organizations. In business for five years, The Funding Management Group is located in Houston, Texas, and has been a leading consultant for schools and other organizations.
